• Saudi Real Estate Institute: We aim to train 40 thousand beneficiaries within 5 years

    On Thursday, November 1, 2018, Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Committee of Real Estate and Urban Development, organized a meeting at the Chamber's headquarter. It was chaired by the Committee chairman, Hamed bin Hamri, was attended by a number of real estate officials and interested individuals.

     

    During the meeting, the Executive Director of the Saudi Real Estate Institute, Engineer Fawzi Bin Sulaiman Al-Ayouni, explained that the objectives of the Institute are to contribute to the development and organization of the Saudi real estate market.

    Al-Ayouni said that the Institute lay the foundation stone for new service sectors and contributes to accelerate the development of skills of existing institutions.

     He pointed out that the expected effects of the Institute is to provide employment opportunities in new service sectors, in addition to enabling the Saudis to the skills necessary to fill the functions of the real estate sector.

    Al-Ayouni said hat the main tasks of the Institute include provision of training and qualification for licensees to engage in real estate activities through the preparation and implementation of various real estate training programs that aimed at qualifying the workers in the real estate market.

    The Institute is also interested in spreading awareness of real estate systems through organizing awareness sessions for owners, tenants and investors and cooperating with universities and local and international institutes to promote real estate knowledge and encourage communication.

    The Institute also provides services within its functions to participate in international and regional real estate conferences and to join international professional real estate associations, in addition to benefiting from the experienced to provide specialized real estate consultancy.

     

    Al-Ayouni said that the Saudi Real Estate Institute offers a variety of services such as training programs (leading and professional), professional certificates (approved by the General Real Estate Authority) and the exchange of knowledge through seminars, workshops and conferences, as well as best practices and policies in the sector through a research and consulting center.

    He pointed out that the beneficiaries of the services of the Institute are individuals who are wishing to qualify to work in the Saudi real estate market.

    It also provides services to real estate developers, real estate offices, engineering offices, housing builders, operators, maintenance companies, real estate brokers, as the Institute seeks through these programs to train 40 thousand beneficiaries within 5 years.

     

    In conclusion, the Chairman of the Committee Hamed bin Hamri, honored the Executive Director of the Saudi Real Estate Institute Engineer Fawzi bin Sulaiman Al-Ayouni with a memorial shield.​
